is india independent even after 62 years ?

when someone outside India hears about "India", the one prominent thing that he always have to say is that "ahh...india...its where they show the snake magic...and also the vibrant culture..and its astonishing experia that one has while holidaying there" . but things drastically change while you cross the international border to enter India. the minute you are inside, you are not stung by the equatorial weather, but by the numerous issues that India is dealing with nowadays. may it be the cross border terrorism that has ripped India to its soul, or the red rebel that have emerged and are mushrooming inside the dark and fluid villages in India. people are suffering a lot from the things that was a pride to India before all this ever happened. the astonishing variety of culture, the architecture to fall in love with...all stand a mute and desolate witness to all the pain that india is going through now. you can always grab a piece of indian news which has something to do with a killing of a civilian by some terror group, or the encounter which killed dozens of red rebels and scores of unrecognised policemen. do we deserve all this. is this what we deserve, only because we have hostile neighbours? or is there something else? there is really something else.....
its not the cross border terror activities, or the civil strife that has lend india the pain, but the auls is with all of us, who have not done a single thing for the nation's cause and only find out reason why our govenment faulted on its own. even as i say this, i am not sure what big thing have i done to the cause of india....but i want to do this now...i really want to...
the world is divided into fine lines of "want to do that" and "will do that".
and i "want" indians to have "will do that"....we still are true indians at heart..only need a stir
